Birthday Card #5

This is the last birthday card from my birthday card class.   I apologize for the photography job.  It is a little washed out.  The flowers are from "happy moments" which you can receive for FREE when you order $50 (before s/h and tax).  This awesome sale-a-bration time ends March 31st so place your order quickly!!!

Mark your calendar!  The countdown is on.  There are SEVEN days until the card buffet!!!  On March 27th you are invited, and highly encouraged, to come and make as many cards as you want for $1.00 per card!  This is the perfect time to replenish your card supply so you will be prepared for any occasion.  This event will be held at Covenant Life Assembly, 207 S. Howard; Moore, OK.  The church is located north of the Moore Public Library.  This is a"come and go" event from 9-2 PM.  I will provide glue sticks but if you wish to use another type of adhesive you may bring your own.  Envelopes will not be provided but you can order them if you need.  This event is a fun time and is a very popular event so be prepared to share and make new friends while you wait.  Have a terrific weekend.  Love ya!

Birthday Card #4

Here is another birthday card from my recent birthday card stamp-a-stack.  I have been giving Becky Roberts credit for these cards but I made a mistake.  Julie Davison is the creator of these cute birthday cards.

Elmo Card

I am taking a small break from sharing the birthday cards.  I wanted to show you the Valentine card that I made my granddaughter and our Youth Pastor's son.  It is an Elmo card!!

Isn't this adorable?  It is made with many punches.

accessories:  scallop circle punch; 3/4" circle punch; 1/4" circle punch; 1" circle punch.

Needless to say they both loved the card.  It is a very quick card so get your supplies and make one for a friend's child.  Have a terrific day!

Welcome Back!

I apologize for the loooong time in not posting.  Life happened and I thought I was a super woman and could do it all.  Well, as you already know, I discovered that I am NOT super woman.  I cannot blog everyday, teach school, be a pastor's wife, and be a grandmother to the most wonderful granddaughter in the world.  Since this is a new year, one of my goals is to blog on a weekly basis.  If you get more than one post per week then we will all be blessed<gg>

My  first class for this year is going to be on Friday, January 22nd, from 7-10 PM.  It will be held at Covenant Life Assembly, which is located at 207b S. Howard, Moore, OK.  It is next to the Moore Public Library.  The name of the class is "A Happy Heart!"  You will make 4 cards and an adorable box to store these cards in or to use as a gift.  These cards can be used for Valentines, anniversary, wedding, or just letting your spouse/best friend know how you feel.  The cost of the class will be $17.00.  Your spot will be saved as soon as your money arrives to me.  You can pay via check, cash, or credit card (MasterCard, Vista, Discover, and/or American Express).  Below is a picture of the examples:

 

 

I will change up the the design so you will be able to use some NEW accessories from our new occasions mini catalog!  This mini catalog is fantastic.  You will get to see our NEW clear mounted stamps that are fantastic!!!!

Masculine card #2

Here is the second card of my 5 card stamp-a-stack that will be held June 12th at 7:00 PM.  If you would like to come please RSVP by June 8th.

Masculine card class

School is finally out and I am getting to stamp and prepare for some classes that I have planned.  This first card will be one of the five cards you will get to make at my Mascualine Stamp-A-Stack.  It will be held June 12th at 7 PM.  you will leave with 10 cards for $20.00.  RSVP by June 8th by sending your money or paying via credit card. 

It is hard to tell in this picture but after coloring the lawn mower with SU! watercolor pencils and using a blender pen to shade,  crystal effects was added to make it look like a shiney  new lawn mower.  I love how the word window was used so you could see the inside sentiment.  Enjoy!!

Today is the LAST day for you to join Stampin' Up! and become a demonstrator for $75.00!  It is a great deal and a demonstrator receives many great perks. 

Vellum card class project #3

 

This is the third and final card of the vellum cardstock class for my clubs this month.  I LOVE this card.  It is so simple yet it looks beautiful.

stamp set: good friend; a flower for all seasons

ink:  white staz-on;  jet black staz- on

cardstock: vellum cardstock (8-1/2 2 5-1/2"); 3 pieces of Tea Party designer series paper (2-1/4 x 2-1/2");  pretty in pink (2 x 1-3/4");  watercolor paper (1-3/4 x 1-1/2")

accessories:  pink taffeta ribbon (15");  watercolor wonder crayons; blender pens; 

Cardstock vellum class

This card is very easy to make and would make a GREAT way to show a family member, friend, and/or co-worker that you are proud of a recent accomplishment.  Please forgive me for the incorrectg lighting on the card.  It was dark when I tried to take the picture.
